When you email or call FlickStudio, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to share. We use this information to respond, discuss your needs and manage our working relationship.
When you send a message through the contact form on our website, the details you enter (name, email, company, budget, message and the page you sent it from) are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form service that processes them under its own privacy policy. Booking a call through Calendly is separate from the contact form.
2. Booking a call
Our website embeds Calendly to let you choose a meeting time. Calendly processes booking details and technical information through its own service. Information you provide during booking is used to arrange and manage your meeting with FlickStudio.

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and loads published portfolio content and images from Sanity. Requests to these services can include technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested page or asset, so they can deliver and protect their services.
Embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls provided by the embedded service.
4. Payments
This website does not collect card details directly. If we provide an external payment link, the payment provider handles the information entered on its checkout page. Review the provider’s privacy notice before paying.
5. Access, retention and security
We use contact and project information for the enquiry or engagement it relates to. Keep confidential client data out of initial enquiries; we can agree a suitable way to share project materials before work begins.
Contact us to ask what information we hold about you, how long it is needed, or to request a correction or deletion. We assess requests against the engagement and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
